  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to integrate total rewards with talent management strategies.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of a comprehensive people analytics strategy, ensuring the integration of advanced analytics and data-driven insights into all aspects of total rewards management to drive strategic decision-making and support organizational objectives

  • Direct the strategy and execution of the organization's performance management process, aligning performance metrics with compensation incentives and rewards; ensure the process fosters employee engagement, drives high performance, and supports talent development while maintaining consistency with overall business goals and objectives

  • Champion the governance and compliance of all HR operations, including total rewards, by establishing robust processes and controls that ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations; oversee compliance across HR systems and practices, guide the organization through audits and reporting requirements, and lead the development of policies and training to mitigate risk and promote a culture of ethical HR management

  • Manage the budget for total rewards, providing financial forecasts and reports, with particular attention to the implications of equity compensation.

  • Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
