You will help lead the PAR Management team to communicate effectively with clinical staff to improve clinical workflow and product availability. While you will routinely work collaboratively with front line support and clerical staff, you will also present information and data to help guide decisions and formulate action plans. Daily PAR Management activities often conflict with the requirements of other institutional priorities. Unforeseen challenges may arise requiring you to quickly identify and adjust as needed. Work Schedule
What will your schedule look like?
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Your schedule will typically be on the dayshift, with possible flexibility on start time, Monday through Friday. Potential for scheduled meetings after hours and on the weekends that may require your attendance.
Work Locations
Across Michigan Medicine locations including Main Medical Campus and offsite South Industrial PAR Warehouse
Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
