Call Center Service Representative

Job Description

*TEKSYSTEMS is seeking Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to work with a well known Healthcare Organization.*

*Job Description:*

* Places outbound calls regarding account status and any complaints
* Handles incoming calls inquiries and any complaints and directs calls for further problem resolution if necessary
* Rerouting messages
* Scheduling appointments
*Requirements:*

* 2 years of call center experience
* EPIC experience
* High School Diploma
* MUST be okay with commuting to different office locations
*Expected Schedule:*
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
