Off Campus Non-Profit Student Employee- Administrative/Marketing and Promotion (FALL WORK STUDY ONLY)

Job Description

Job Summary

Must be eligible for Work Study Fall 2024. These are positions with an off campus agency. Both positions will work directly with the Executive Director and will work in concert with the Board of Directors. The Administrative position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, committee management, and CRM system administration. The Marketing and Promotion position provides hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and media coordination by assisting in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, helping manage media relations, and playing an active role in developing and coordinating social media content.

Modes of Work

Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence.  Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
