Role Summary: As the CHRO, you will lead our HR department made up of 3 HR professionals, shaping our talent acquisition strategies, career development plans, and overall HR functions. Your expertise will promote inclusion and reinforce our commitment to equal opportunity.

- Proven experience as a Chief HR Officer or similar role.
- Strategic planning expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with HR software especially UKG(HRIS, ATS).
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is a plus.
