** Primary Responsibilities **
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job ads to conducting interviews and selecting top-tier candidates in collaboration with departmental managers.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our vibrant team culture.
- Uphold and update personnel policies and procedures, fostering a transparent and equitable work environment.
- Provide responsive support to employees on benefits, leave, and general HR inquiries, promoting a culture of care and wellbeing.
- Engage in disciplinary meetings and investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee compliance with training requirements and certifications, contributing to a skilled and safety-conscious workforce.
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and assist with benefit administration, promoting employee wellness and financial security.
- Contribute to company events and administrative meetings, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace community.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, coupled with at least three years of HR management experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building positive relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR software, facilitating efficient data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities.
