We have varied educational opportunities available to meet the ever-changing needs of all learners through our four campuses: Big Spring, Lamesa, San Angelo and Southwest College for the Deaf (SWCD).
Description of Job Duties:
- Holds responsibility for administrative planning, implementing and supervising all college human resource services, including payroll.
- Serves on President's Executive Cabinet.
- Serves as Affirmative Action and EEOC officer.
- Claims coordinator for district workers' compensation and unemployment programs.
- Administers group insurance and retirement programs.
- Prepares reports required by state and federal agencies.
Experience and Other Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Additional education will be recognized.
- Twelve (12) years related experience in human resources preferred.
- Must have supervisory skills and be able to multi-task.
- Proven ability to work with a diverse population.
- Familiar will community college reporting requirements.
- Ability to use related software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,132.00 - $90,058.00 per year
