POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating a wide range of recruitment functions under the supervision of the Director, Human Resources Talent Acquisition & Professional Development. A dedicated Human Resources Recruiter with a passion for finding the “right” people and enthusiasm to collaborate and coach with an unflappable demeanor; one who will be front and center in supporting the growth of a dynamic and engaging federally qualified health center. The individual in this position would have full scale responsibility for building collaborative relationship with external partners to build CCI’s recruitment pipeline.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead on sourcing, screening resumes and applicants; arranging interviews with hiring managers; verifying previous employment; conducting reference checks; arranging for the background check. Ensures all hiring processes are effective and legally compliant.
- Manage outbound facing engagements including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, meetups, and other events.
- Lead in updating job descriptions from department managers. Ensures information is complete and current.
- Work with outside sources (colleges, universities, trade schools, etc.) to build CCI’s recruitment pipeline.
- Ability to validate history and skills to incorporate but not limited to listening, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating, attention to detail, dedication, confidence, self-awareness, marketing, target driven, relationship building, strong written & verbal communication.
- SME level command of Applicant Tracking Systems - ADP WorkforceNow, preferred - and use of related applications, social media, job boards, subscription services, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma. Associates or 4-year college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of agencies, employment law; and talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
- Three (3) years related full life cycle talent acquisition experience, are required. Prior health care, physician, and/or FQHC recruiting experience, is preferred.
- Demonstrated skill handling issues involving high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated good judgment.
- Ability to persuade and influence, establish personal credibility and trust, and foster collaborative working relationships.
- Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Working on-site is an essential duty for the job.
- Bilingual is a plus.
